INB Team
September 17, 2025
In every company, there are people without whom everything feels gray and lifeless. The atmosphere, the lightness, the warmth inside the team disappears. At INB.bio, this role belongs to our HR department.
They know how to connect with everyone: to support, encourage, motivate, and remind us that “work-life balance” is not just a meme topic, but truly an important thing. Thanks to them, Monday is not a tragedy called “Oh God, work again,” but another page in our shared, exciting story.
How this invisible magic happens inside the team, and what keeps the energy alive when working with people, shares INB.bio HRD, Oleksandra.
It starts with a morning meeting with the team:
“We synchronize on tasks, discuss the results of the previous day, and plan the next steps. This helps us keep the same rhythm and feel that we’re moving in the same direction.”
Then comes the most important part – people. Someone needs advice, someone else needs support in a tough moment. These conversations are the invisible part of HR’s work, but they are what builds an atmosphere of trust and gives people the confidence that they matter and are truly heard.
After that, it’s time for organizational matters: onboarding newcomers, working on vacancies, managing processes.
“No day is the same, because there’s always something unpredictable. The biggest challenge is keeping the balance between the needs of the business and the satisfaction of all employees. And when I see that the team is working in harmony and enjoying the process – that’s the biggest victory,” shares Oleksandra.
There are many routine details in HR work, but there are also emotional moments that inspire even on the hardest days.
Oleksandra recalls a situation when, after solving a complex issue, one colleague wrote a thank-you post to the whole team. No names, just genuine gratitude for the support, the care, and the willingness to help despite heavy workloads.
“At that moment, I literally felt the warmth from how people worked together, supported each other, and were ready to help even when it wasn’t their responsibility. That’s when I realized what we truly work for,” she says.
You don’t always need surveys to understand the atmosphere in the team. You can see it in the small things: in the laughter during meetings, the memes in the chat, the way colleagues quickly agree on work details.
“When people laugh together, share ideas, help each other… That’s when you feel this is a place where it’s comfortable and genuinely enjoyable to work,” says our HR Director.
When it comes to the qualities that drive a team forward, Oleksandra especially emphasizes responsibility and humanity.
“The most valuable quality, in my opinion, is responsibility, which manifests itself on three levels: for oneself, for the team, and for the result. It includes not only the desire to see things through but also humanity. The result should not be built ‘on the blood’ of others; in other words, goals must not be achieved at the expense of leaving colleagues hurt or burned out. If a person truly cares, they will do everything possible for the result while preserving respect and support within the team.”
An equally important skill is consistency: the ability to plan, set priorities, and follow tasks through to completion. And, of course, initiative: the readiness to take on a task or suggest a solution exactly when it is most needed.
Describing corporate culture in just a few words isn’t easy. But when we asked Oleksandra, she answered simply: growth, support, and results.
“At INB.bio, we’re always encouraged to learn and try new things. Colleagues support each other, and you feel it every day. It’s this support and mutual respect that allow us to achieve real results,” she says.
In a sense, the HR department is our “conductor”, making sure the corporate orchestra sounds harmonious. Because a team is not just about tasks and deadlines. It’s also about jokes, little rituals, and team events we’ll remember for a long time – especially the Party Bus, SUP boards, the escape room, and many other fun moments.
When you work in HR, you’re part psychologist, part lawyer, part (or maybe more than part) event manager. HR is the one who helps with smooth adaptation, sorts out documents, organizes an amazing party, and simply listens when things get tough.
Honestly, there’s something magical about HR work. It might seem like nothing special – just words, just meetings, just processes. But it’s thanks to all this that we feel like a true team, not just random people from different cities who happened to land in the same work chat.
Today, we just want to say one thing: thank you for keeping us together. For your energy, humanity, and for making work at INB.bio not only about deadlines, but about great people by our side.
Happy HR Day!
