INB.bio at Affiliate World Budapest: our Hello World Moment

Affiliate World Budapest became a true Hello World Moment for INB.bio. Even though we’ve been in the market for 5 years, we hadn’t really focused on branding. With the arrival of our CMO, things changed and in Budapest we went out into the world with our own booth for the very first time. It was a mix of excitement, drive, and incredible team energy. Today we’d like to share our emotions, little adventures, and tell you what was happening behind the scenes.

We prepared thoroughly: our main goal was to create a stylish and atmospheric booth. Its highlight was a photo zone with live plants and the vibe of the “King of Nutra.” We invited African models and, together with local decorators, worked out every detail – right down to the perfect scent for the booth.

Logistics were another challenge: the team was flying in from all over the world. Our HR Sasha coordinated it all, handling dozens of questions daily about flights and check-ins. Hotel staff even learned her name. But in the end, everyone made it, and we were ready to go.

The first day was a real marathon, but it turned out exactly as we imagined. The INB.bio booth instantly drew attention: we brought with us a piece of our exotic GEO – Africa. The team worked like clockwork: everyone in the right place, everything flowing seamlessly.

As a result, we exceeded our KPI by almost double, met amazing new partners from Morocco, New Zealand, Australia, China, and many more countries – and are already moving forward together. We managed it all: two packed conference days and even an afterparty in a real castle under the open sky.

On the third day, we finally allowed ourselves to slow down and enjoy the beauty of Budapest. The Old Town, the funicular, views over the Danube, the evening Parliament shining like a fairytale palace, and goulash on every corner. It was the perfect ending to the trip.
