Middle Recruiter

I’m Oleksandra from the INB team. For six years, we’ve been creating wellness products that help people feel better every day. We are growing fast, launching new markets and teams — and that’s why we are looking for a Recruiter who will help us find strong talent and build a team of the future.

If you enjoy talent sourcing, love communication, and want to influence who will be building an international product — we’re on the same path.

What you’ll do:

• Close positions across different teams (from junior to C-level)
• Build candidate profiles and effective hiring funnels
• Work with agencies, freelancers, and direct candidates
• Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process end-to-end
• Improve and systematize recruitment processes

What we expect:

• Experience working with marketing teams, digital or affiliate/media buying (a plus)
• Experience hiring for senior and C-level roles
• Proactive mindset and structured approach
• Desire to improve processes
• English level — A2+ or higher
• Ukrainian language proficiency is required
