Responsibilities:

  • Launch and optimize ad campaigns (Facebook Ads / Google Ads / TikTok Ads)
  • Test new angles, offers, and GEOs
  • Optimize budgets and improve ROI
  • Analyze key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROI)
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams
  • Build and document successful campaign approaches (case studies)

KPIs:

CPC, CPA, ROI, budget efficiency

Expectations:

  • 4–5 new working approaches per month
  • Continuous improvement of campaign performance

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in media buying (nutra required)
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads / Google Ads / TikTok Ads
  • Strong analytical and budget management skills
  • English — Upper-Intermediate

Nice to have:

  • Experience with trackers (Voluum, RedTrack, Keitaro)
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing
  • A/B testing experience
