INB.bio is a fast-growing international wellness project that creates products to improve quality of life. The company is scaling and is looking for an Executive Assistant to organize processes, coordinate tasks, and improve CEO efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who can manage priorities, maintain structure, and bring clarity to operations.
Main goal of the role:
Ensure CEO focus and clarity of priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar and priority management
- Meeting preparation
- Follow-up and execution control
- Communication with teams and partners
- Operational support
- Process management and optimization
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with Google Sheets / Excel
- Ability to optimize processes
- Fast learning of tools
- Discretion and maturity
- Proactive mindset
- Fluent Ukrainian language is required
