INB.bio is a fast-growing direct advertiser in the Health & Wellness industry with its own products and a full-cycle operating model: marketing → leads → call centers → COD delivery. We operate across Africa, Asia, MENA, and Europe, continuously expanding our international brand and entering new GEOs every year.

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who understands the power of content, thinks in terms of numbers and business impact, works confidently with analytics, and sees social media as one of the key drivers of brand growth, audience development, awareness, and organic traffic generation.

About the Role

We are not looking for someone who simply posts content. We are looking for a strong Senior Social Media Manager who thinks in growth models, understands performance marketing principles, makes data-driven decisions, and sees social media as a business growth channel.

This role offers a high level of ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to build and scale an international content direction almost from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's social media strategy.
  • Grow LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, and other social channels.
  • Create content plans focused on audience growth, engagement, traffic, and brand awareness.
  • Manage the entire content lifecycle from ideation to publication and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate designers, copywriters, video specialists, and AI contributors.
  • Lead video content initiatives including YouTube, podcasts, interviews, expert talks, and event coverage.
  • Analyze content performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with partners, affiliates, speakers, and professional communities.
  • Adapt content for international markets and audiences.
  • Create content from international conferences and industry events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Marketing, or Social Media Strategy.
  • Proven experience building social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, performance metrics, and growth marketing.
  • Experience growing audience size, engagement, visibility, and organic traffic.
  • Experience working with video content.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • High level of ownership, organization, and proactivity.

Nice to Have

  • Affiliate marketing or performance marketing experience.
  • Paid social advertising experience.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and marketing funnels.
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation and research.
  • Experience building professional communities and media platforms.
