INB.bio is a direct advertiser and affiliate platform operating in 15 countries. We are rapidly growing as a wellness brand in the nutraceutical space, expanding our affiliate network across high-potential markets in Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
As part of our growth, we’re looking for an Affiliate Manager who will focus on developing our partner network, testing new geos, and scaling successful collaborations with affiliate teams and webmasters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search, attract, and grow partnerships (webmasters, affiliate networks, media buying teams)
- Communicate with partners and maintain long-term relationships
- Analyze partner performance and support with campaign optimization
- Help launch offers and solve offer-related issues
- Represent the brand at international conferences and events
Requirements:
- Ability to attend international conferences/events
- English proficiency at B1 (Intermediate) or higher
- Experience in affiliate marketing or digital is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates with strong soft skills
- Strong communication skills: writing, presenting, building relationships
- Proactive attitude, quick learner, self-driven
Nice to have:
- Experience with affiliate networks or traffic management (FB, TikTok, Google, etc.)
- Understanding of CPA models
- Previous participation in events like Affiliate World, MAC, TES
- Experience with CRM, Excel / Google Sheets, Notion
