As our business grows rapidly, we’re looking for more than just a manager — we’re searching for a future Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) who will drive our growth. Key responsibilities:
- Build and develop a sales strategy for international markets — from vision to daily performance-driven decisions.
- Increase the approve rate by 10–15% through focused work with the team, scripts, and approach optimization.
- Launch and scale systematic work with LTV: improve the customer journey, drive repeat sales and upsells, gather insights, and test personalized strategies.
- Manage a network of call centers in 10+ countries and launch new markets from scratch — from analysis to process setup and quality control.
- Align sales and marketing efforts so both teams focus on one goal — growing revenue through efficiency, not just volume.
- Build a strong team, participate in hiring key players, grow leaders, and nurture a culture of responsibility and development.
- Optimize sales processes: funnels, analytics, motivation models, cross-team communication.
- Implement new tools and solutions: CRM systems, automation, scripts, analytics, reporting.
- Monitor customer service quality, act on feedback, identify weak points, and launch improvements.
- Set and maintain a high performance bar — clear goals, daily focus on metrics and effectiveness.
Required skills and experience:
- 3+ years of experience as Head of Sales, Commercial Director, or a similar senior sales leadership role.
- Hands-on experience in scaling revenue — optimizing funnels, building teams, improving conversion and LTV.
- Experience managing international teams and launching new markets.
- Deep understanding of B2C: high inbound flow, short cycles, focus on speed and service.
- Confident working with CRM systems, funnels, KPIs, analytics, motivation systems, and sales scripts.
- Experience implementing solutions to increase LTV and repeat purchases.
- Upper-Intermediate English level for daily communication with international teams.
